Selexa Life Sciences Ltd are a specialist Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices and Biotechnology Recruitment start-up that aim to re-shape the perception of the recruitment sector; an industry that has historically had a questionable reputation.

Through continued growth this year we are now looking for a Junior / Trainee Recruiter to join our Sales team.

We partner with many of the most exciting medical device and biotechnology clients; CEOs, Investors, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurial innovators across the industry, aligning our vision with our client’s recruitment and growth strategy, and contributing to the development and improvement of patient healthcare.

The Role:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, delivering great candidates, at pace.

You will:

• Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms
• Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism
• Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes
• Utilise Selexa’s excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
• Develop client relationships as a specialist Recruiter, understanding your client's Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – Selected Excellence
• Deliver market insights, candidate introductions & requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high performing, Consultative approach

You:

We are interested in speaking with Recruiters from any industry, sector and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest:

• Will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry
• Candidates with an interest in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition but litlte experience will be considered
• Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships
• Commercial acumen and awareness
• Customer focused approach; Communication is key Ambitious, confident, motivated.
