Salary: £28,000 -£32,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week (Typical shifts: 8 AM – 4 PM / 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM; flexibility required for occasional weekends)

About the role:
Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, the Studio Producer will oversee the smooth running of studio operations, client bookings, production and sales support. This role blends production knowledge, client servicing, and sales/marketing support, making it an ideal position for someone with a passion for both the technical and business sides of film and TV production.
You will be the key link between clients, production teams, and the studio, ensuring that every booking runs smoothly, the facilities are kept at the highest standard, and client needs are fully met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for confirmed studio bookings, leading communication and managing all client requests before and during production.
- Coordinate equipment hire, catering orders, and additional client requirements.
- Oversee studio opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and readiness.
- Maintain the studios, equipment, and green room facilities to a professional standard.
- Manual handling of equipment and supplies (training provided if needed).
- Manage stock levels and order supplies.
- Assist with the sales process: handling enquiries, preparing quotes, supporting negotiations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Foster long-term client relationships by providing excellent service and anticipating needs.
- Support the Studio Manager with ad-hoc production tasks and studio projects.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach, including:
- Supporting social media content and campaigns
- Assisting with newsletters and client updates
- Helping identify and approach new client opportunities
Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a film/TV production environment (studio, set, or production office).
- Some sales, client service, or marketing experience (e.g., handling enquiries, drafting quotes, supporting campaigns).
- Manual handling experience preferred (or willingness to undergo training).
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
- Must be comfortable with longer working hours and weekend shifts when required (lieu system in place).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent time management.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to engage with both technical and client-facing tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Desirable not Essential:
- Podcast production experience.
- vMix and live-streaming software experience.
- Audio engineering knowledge (mixing, microphones, live sound).
- Lighting setup experience for studio and on-set use.
- Camera operation experience (DSLRs, broadcast, or cinema cameras).
