Associate Opportunity – Private Investment Funds (2–3+ PQE)

A top-ranked international law firm in Paris is seeking a talented associate to join its market-leading private investment funds practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of fund structuring and formation in a team consistently recognized by Legal 500 and Chambers for excellence in private equity fund formation.

The Role

You’ll be advising on the structuring, formation, and fundraising of private investment funds across asset classes including:

• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Real Estate
• Infrastructure
• Private Credit

You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on cross-border mandates, supporting fund managers from launch through to investor negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Who You Are

• Qualified in Luxembourg or England & Wales
• 2–3+ years post-qualification experience in private investment funds
• Strong exposure to fund structuring and fundraising
• Fluent in English; French is not required
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and eager to grow in a high-performing team
