Regional HR Business Partner - Hybrid (4 days onsite with 1 day WFH)

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support a well-established care group across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys driving engagement, performance and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional and Home Managers to deliver the people strategy across multiple care homes.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Support senior leadership in building a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice.
• Working with the wider People Team to deliver a true generalist HR role to your region.
• To work collaboratively as part of the People Team to project manage new initiatives into the business, alongside support with future acquisitions.
• To understand the unique challenges of the care sector and the additional legislation. Previous experience in the care sector an advantage but not essential.

About You:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
• Experience in the health, social care, or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
