A fast-growing, tech-led insurer is seeking a Pricing Practitioner to join their Pricing & Underwriting team. Backed by a major insurer but run with the energy and autonomy of a startup, this is a rare opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of pricing in an agile environment.

Key duties:

• Refine, enhance, and deploy pricing models to drive profitability and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop new tools, features, and enriched datasets.
• Monitor claims trends and performance, ensure pricing stays accurate, responsive, and innovative.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Tableau (or similar).
• Solid understanding of general insurance pricing (motor preferred) with a statistical/actuarial foundation.
• Commercially minded communicator, able to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable outcomes.
