What You Bring

• Proven Leadership – Senior-level experience in customer insight, marketing, or strategic planning within complex matrix organisations.
• Financial Services or Highly Regulated Industry Expertise – Deep understanding of B2B customer needs.
• Business Acumen – Forensic knowledge of commercial operations with the ability to shape strategy.
• Technical Excellence – Expertise in insight and foresight techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Stakeholder Management – Trusted advisor to senior leadership with strong C-suite relationships.
• Results Orientation – Track record of delivering transformational growth via insight-led strategies.

Package & Benefits

• Competitive package: £90–£120k + comprehensive benefits (dependent on experience).
