An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join to join a dynamic operations team within a leading global FMCG brand.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Create and maintain SAP Purchase Info Records for raw materials and finished goods.
  • Carry out regular maintenance and data cleansing to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Update pricing on purchase orders based on vendor confirmations and approvals.
  • Work with the material matrix to identify missing or obsolete items.
  • Use SAP and Excel tools for mass updates and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Master Data, Costing, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.
  • Maintain and update Source Lists and review weekly PO reports for accuracy.
  • Support quarterly internal audits for standard price testing.


What we’re looking for:


  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using SAP (desired).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Someone adaptable, organised, and eager to support continuous improvement in procurement processes.
