Private Client Associate Solicitor – London


Location: London (options for hybrid working)

PQE: 6-7

Salary: £90,000–£120,000+

Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities


Advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:


Estate planning, wills, and probate administration


Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Court of Protection, and capacity law


Trust creation, restructuring, trustee advisory, and offshore structures


Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and broader tax‑efficient structuring


Succession and inter‑generational wealth planning


Cross‑border estate and asset structuring


Collaborate with specialists in tax, family, corporate, and property law to deliver integrated advice.



About You


Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE in private client, trust, or tax law depending on level


Strong technical grounding in wills, estate administration, trust and tax planning, and LPAs/Court of Protection


Demonstrable experience with high‑value or complex client matters—ideally including HNW/UHNW or international clients


Excellent communication and client‑relationship management skills, empathetic and professional


Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage a dynamic caseload efficiently


STEP qualification is a plus—or willingness to pursue it, with support provided
