Job description
We are working with a leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate to join their Employment team based in their London office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team, advising on a diverse range of employment law matters, including relations, employment tribunal litigation, and transactional support. The candidate will support the team across a broad range of sectors, including finance, retail, transport, and technology.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting a diverse client base in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
- 2-4 PQE;
- Strong background in employment law. Previous experience in transactional support work highly advantageous;
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
- Outstanding academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
