Principal Recruitment Consultant – Bristol | Method Resourcing

What we’re looking for:

• A proven biller with a consistently strong track record
• Someone who can win new business and open doors at senior level
• A mentor, coach, and role model who is equally happy leading people or leading by example
• A strong personal brand, or the drive to build one with training and support
• Curiosity, ambition, and keen to get stuck in

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and expanding your market across Tech, Data, or AI
• Building new business while developing key accounts
• Hosting events, leading training sessions, and driving team sprints
• Running and leading a division, with the chance to shape culture and performance in your vertical
• Cross-selling across Method’s pillars and converting referrals into wins
• Growing your brand and Method’s through smart LinkedIn content
