We're looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our UK Projects Team, based in Altens, Aberdeen, on a full-time, permanent basis.


In this role, you’ll be a key part of ensuring high-quality, compliant documentation is delivered across our UK operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to manage documentation workflows, meet deadlines, and support project delivery. What You'll Be Doing:


  • Manage the flow of project documentation in line with internal procedures.
  • Ensure all document deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Process documents across all UK business units in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track workloads and flag issues that may impact deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet documentation deadlines.
  • Advise on document requirements during the tender and quote stages.
  • Attend kick-off meetings and support initial client documentation discussions.
  • Maintain document control trackers and ensure accurate filing and record-keeping.
  • Support invoicing by ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted.
  • Report regularly on documentation status and key project timelines.
  • Ensure all archived documents are securely and accurately stored.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in a document control or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and with clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document control software (Nuance experience is a plus).
  • A professional, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
