***Fixed-Term Opportunities – Talent Specialist & Onboarding Coordinator***

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring for two exciting fixed-term roles in Northampton. If you're passionate about recruitment or onboarding, join our fast-paced, supportive team!

Location: Northampton, NN4 (On-site, 5 days/week)

Hours: Full-time, 37.5/week

Contract: ASAP Start– 6th Feb 2026

Salary: £24,000 p.a.

Role 1: Talent Specialist

Support high-volume recruitment from attraction to offer, ensuring client compliance.

Key Tasks:

• Liaise with clients & post job ads
• Process applications & support candidates
• Handle queries & follow client procedures

You’ll Need:

• Attention to detail & target-driven mindset
• Strong customer service & MS Office skills
• Team spirit & process orientation

Role 2: Onboarding Coordinator

Guide candidates through screening and clearances before they start work.

Key Tasks:

• Issue offer letters & screen documents
• Monitor screening links & update systems
• Communicate with candidates & hiring managers

You’ll Need:

• Customer service experience
• Confidence with KPIs & IT systems
• Detail-focused & collaborative approach
