Are you an Interim Senior Legal Counsel looking for an exciting opportunity within the FMCG sector?

Our client is seeking an Interim Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team in Uxbridge for a 3-6 month contract starting ASAP.

• Draft and negotiate agreements for commercial activities, focusing on sales, supply chain, and procurement.
• Manage marketing, sponsorship, and partnership contracts.
• Oversee significant CAPEX project agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice on digital activities and compliance with data protection laws.
• Develop and implement the competition law strategy.
• Supervise and mentor junior legal team members.
• Conduct training sessions on key legal frameworks for various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional risk management teams.

You must be an England and Wales Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, preferably with an FMCG background.

You must be immediately available or have a 4 week notice or less.
