We’re now looking for two Assistant Merchandisers to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering the right product to the right place, at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Merchandisers in planning, trading, and delivering category strategies
• Analysing sales, stock, and performance data to make informed decisions
• Managing stock flow to ensure availability across stores and online
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against KPIs
• Building strong cross-functional relationships with Buying, Supply Chain, and Retail teams

What You’ll Bring

• Previous merchandising, trading, or allocation experience in a retail environment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent Excel proficiency
• A commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in retail and the outdoors
