Interim in-house commercial property in City of London

Job description

A leading international business is seeking an interim property lawyer to support its London team as it ramps up activity in the UK market. With a global parent and a strong track record in large-scale acquisitions and developments, the company is expanding its portfolio with a focus on industrial and logistics assets.

The role will run for an initial 4-6 months and is focused on commercial property work. You’ll advise on a busy pipeline of acquisitions and support on development and planning matters linked to new industrial and logistics sites. This is a hands-on role reporting directly into the business, with exposure to complex, big-ticket transactions and the chance to work closely with commercial and development colleagues.

The position is London-based, with a preference for four days per week in the office near Bond Street.

We are looking for a real estate lawyer with strong experience in industrial and commercial property. A background in planning or development would be advantageous, and in-house experience (including through secondments) is an added bonus.
