Head of Project Management

Milton Keynes (1 day a week in the office)

£70,000 – £90,000 + benefits

We are looking for a Head of Project Management to take ownership of an established delivery function. You will manage and mentor a team of project managers, ensure complex SaaS and automation projects land successfully, and be a key part of how we help organisations transform customer engagement.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting a talented team of project managers.
• Delivering SaaS and automation projects on time, on budget, and to high quality.
• Driving improvements in how projects are planned, executed, and reported.
• Being the go-to point for clients and stakeholders – keeping everyone engaged and informed.
• Using your eye for detail and numbers to keep delivery on track.

What we’re looking for

• A strong background in SaaS project delivery, ideally with exposure to automation or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience leading and developing project managers.
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with data (Excel/Power BI).
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

The essentials

• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and company offices when needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (DBS/NPPV3).
