Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a respected Residential Property team within a leading full-service law firm. About the Team

The Residential Property department is central to the firm’s success, handling a full range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases across both registered and unregistered titles. The Role

This position is suited to a Solicitor with at least 3-7 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working with autonomy while supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team. The role has been created to meet growing demand and offers the chance to contribute to a department already highly regarded for its standards of service.

Responsibilities include

• Running residential property matters from start to finish with minimal supervision
