Residential Worker – Private Residential Client – Pay up to £26ph

The Role

As a Residential Worker, you will:

  • Act as a key worker for young people, building trusting relationships and supporting them in their daily lives.
  • Provide care, guidance, and encouragement, helping each young person reach their full potential.
  • Support with practical tasks such as shopping, attending health appointments, and organising activities.
  • Be a positive role model, helping young people develop independence, life skills, and confidence.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment.
  • Keep accurate records, contribute to care plans, and attend reviews and meetings.
  • Continue your professional development through training, supervision, and appraisals.
