How often do you get the chance to join a consumer brand and be told: here’s a blank piece of paper - now go and add value?

This is a newly created Finance Chief of Staff role, working directly with the CFO and CEO as their free commercial resource. You’ll sit at the centre of decision-making, delivering projects, managing priorities, and making sure finance adds maximum value to the business.

It’s a role for someone who loves variety, thrives on problem-solving, and gets energy from working shoulder-to-shoulder with exec leaders.

We are looking for a future CFO.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted right hand to the CFO and CEO.
• Operate as a flexible, commercial resource - picking up projects and challenges that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.
• Use finance insight to influence strategy, improve performance, and create growth opportunities.
• High level business partnering and strategic reviews.
• Own strategic projects from end to end - from commercial reviews to investment cases.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
• Build reporting that cuts through and drives decisions at board level.
• Connect across the finance team and wider business to make sure strategy, finance, and operations stay aligned.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance background.
• Experience in consumer-focused sectors (Retail, eCommerce, FMCG).
• Exceptional communicator, confident at influencing the exec and board.
• Commercially sharp, ambitious, and comfortable building from a blank sheet.
• A natural problem-solver who enjoys variety and thrives under pace.
