We’re Hiring: Social Worker – Learning Disability & Autism Team

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and those in transition? We’re looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Learning Disability & Autism Team in Surrey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out reviews of individuals with care packages in residential settings across Surrey
• Supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Working closely with colleagues, carers, and partner agencies to deliver person-centered support
  

The role:

• Location: Office bases in Guildford, Leatherhead, Woking, or Reigate (to be discussed at interview)
• Car driver essential – travel to residential settings across Surrey is required
• Contract: 3-month initial period with potential for extension

About you:
You’ll be a qualified Social Worker with a commitment to improving lives, ideally with experience in Learning Disability, Autism, or Transition. Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key.
