Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Reporting and Data Associate. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR systems, management information, process improvement, and experience with analytical tools in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for data-driven insights and technical innovation is essential.


Key Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Generate key people metrics for monthly reports, quarterly board presentations, and annual Remuneration Committee materials.
  • Collaborate with DEI and Compensation teams to develop and maintain DEI metric reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR system data through report generation and regular audits.
  • Own the preparation and provision of HR data for the firm’s fundraising and due diligence activities.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate trends and insights effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to support HR initiatives with data-driven analysis and robust reporting tools.

HRIS Management

  • Administer and optimise the HRIS platform, including system implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop, test, and integrate new system interfaces and upgrades in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and end-user support on HRIS and ATS functionalities.
  • Lead projects focused on data analytics, dashboard creation, system integrations, and reporting improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of HR and HRIS standard operating procedures.

Data Management & Governance

  • Deliver clear, actionable data insights to support HR leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Lead HR data governance efforts, maintaining standards and best practices across the function.
  • Manage the firm's HR analytics and reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in HR reporting, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong HRIS administration skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into meaningful insights and visual outputs using Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
  • Passion for data analysis, visualization, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion, particularly around compensation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
