Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Manchester for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating shipments, overseeing customs and warehousing activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing transport schedules, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency.

• Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and partners
• Experience in Operations Management and Project Management
• Sales skills to support and enhance logistic service offerings
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with airfreight logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
