Construction Lawyer
PQE: 1+ year
Salary: £60-70k

Your Role:
In this position, you'll be at the heart of both dispute resolution and transactional work:
- Dispute Resolution: Address issues like delay claims, defective workmanship, and more, while navigating through adjudications, arbitrations, and the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).
- Transactional Work: Collaborate on major projects in sectors like energy and transport, working closely with real estate, procurement, and banking teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Construction experience with 1+ year post-admission experience.
- Specialist Experience: Background in construction disputes or transactional matters.
- Skills You Bring: Strong academic prowess, excellent analytical skills, and an ability to provide concise, commercially aware advice.
- Team Player: Ability to work across offices and within multi-disciplinary teams is crucial.
