About the job

My client, a national real estate private equity manager, is seeking an experienced in-house solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or chartered legal executive to join their legal team

The successful candidate will:

• Be either a qualified solicitor (with a degree), a chartered legal executive with the CILEX Professional Qualification (SPQ) OR a licensed conveyancer who has a level 4 and/or level 6 diploma in conveyancing law and practice, or an equivalent recognised CLC qualification
• Have experience in residential conveyancing
• Have at least 5+ years of experience
• Be able to draft, review, and conduct all property due diligence
• Be able to draft, review and conduct residential conveyancing transactions
• Work alongside external legal advisors/internal teams in matters relating to due diligence
• Be able to assist with and carry out freehold and leasehold property transactions
