A globally recognized design studio with over 2,500 people worldwide is seeking a Recruiter to play a pivotal role in shaping its future workforce. Known for innovation, ambition and impact, the studio is reimagining how it attracts and engages the brightest talent from graduates to seniors.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead recruitment. You’ll design and deliver graduate, placement and internship recruitment, while also managing experienced hires across global design teams. From building university partnerships to sourcing specialist design talent, you’ll create recruitment strategies that attract, engage and retain the best people in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Early Careers Recruitment
- Manage full lifecycle hiring for graduates, placements, and interns.
- Build strong relationships with universities, schools, and partners.
- Plan and deliver campaigns, events, and assessments.
- Support smooth transitions from offer to onboarding.
- Contribute to long-term early careers strategies.
Recruitment
- Lead experienced hire recruitment for teams globally.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top design talent.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
Candidate Experience, Market Insight & Collaboration
- Act as an ambassador for the studio with candidates and talent communities.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to refine hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D and Marketing to strengthen employer brand.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all recruitment touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience across early careers hiring.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and selection skills.
- Knowledge of graduate attraction, campus outreach, and design hiring trends.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with confidence working cross-functionally.
- Agile, proactive and highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Passion for design, early talent development and inclusive recruitment.
