Associate Director – Property Management | Retail Real Estate Investor | London | Circa £75,000 plus package

The Role:

You’ll take full ownership of a retail and mixed-use portfolio (including one shopping centre scaling almost 1million sq.ft.)


You’ll be right in the middle of the action partnering directly with Asset Management, FM, and Centre Teams to drive value and deliver results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of retail/mixed-use assets
  • Service charge budgeting, FM coordination, statutory compliance
  • Tenant relationships, lease events, and dispute resolution
  • Supporting asset management initiatives (e.g. White boxing, re-letting, value-add works)
  • Helping onboard new acquisitions and assist on disposals


What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Commercial Property Management (Shopping Centres essential)
  • Technically sound, commercially sharp, and confident working independently
  • Experience with Qube or Horizon preferred
  • MRICS or AssocRICS helpful but not essential
  • Most importantly, a problem solver with personality, energy, and a drive to grow
