Residential Conveyancer - Maidstone
Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE

A well-established and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding Maidstone office.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases

• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages

• Shared ownership and Help to Buy transactions

• Stamp duty, title checks, searches, and enquiries

• Landlord/tenant relationships, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

• Refinancing and business sales/purchases

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE

• Able to manage files independently from start to finish

• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused

• Organised, confident, and able to thrive in a busy environment
