Oracle EBS HCM Functional lead in London Area

Job description

Red Global - Oracle EBS HCM Functional Lead - 12 month contract

Location: London

Contract length: 12 months + extension

Work pattern: Hybrid (2/3 days a week)

Start: October

Rate: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact between the stakeholders and the technical teams
• Communicate effectively with other leads and assist with functional solutions
• Lead support teams and take ownership of deadlines
• Assist with end user training and workshops

Experience required:

• 10+ years experience in Oracle in one of the following EBS HCM modules ( Talent & career development, Compensation & benefits, Recruitment development, Performance management or learning management)
• Led or supported 2-3 full-cycle implementations
• Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS support processes
• Excellent communication skills
