As part of this journey, the Commercial & Procurement team is evolving into a strategic powerhouse, and they’re looking for a Category Lead – ICT Procurement to drive change at the heart of it.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned ICT procurement professional to lead complex, high-value transactions and mentor a small team, while influencing how technology supports frontline operations across the capital.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced ICT procurement professional with a track record of leading complex, high-value public sector transactions. You’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. If you’ve mentored teams, shaped category strategies, and navigated the evolving landscape of public sector procurement, including the Procurement Act 2023.
