Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and revise comprehensive security management systems in accordance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Promote the implementation of security processes in operations and enforce control measures.
- Formulate emergency response plans and measures for various operational incidents, establish mechanisms such as emergency response teams and security committees, and ensure the safety of business operations.
- Establish and enhance loss prevention management systems based on company business development needs.
- Prevent company asset losses through data management, investigations and audits, process improvements, and security company management.
- Conduct investigations into various abnormal incidents and produce investigation reports.
- Develop corrective measures for identified risks and vulnerabilities, and review the results of implemented corrections.
- Regularly maintain and service all security facilities and surveillance equipment on-site.
- Collect and organize local/state laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention, and ensure compliance with local standards in corresponding tasks.
- Maintain regular communication with fire departments and police authorities, foster close collaborative relationships, and demonstrate the ability to handle emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, fluency in English, and strong written and verbal communication skills in either Chinese or English.
- Must possess sharp judgment and decisive decision-making abilities.
- Relevant experience in security management, loss prevention, risk management, and/or investigation.
- 5+ years of experience in the chain retail or e-commerce industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
- Honest and upright, passionate about work, able to withstand high work pressure.
- Familiarity with basic laws and regulations and knowledge of online business processes.
- Skilled in investigation and interviewing techniques, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with government departments to handle emergency situations.
