£25-30k + Bonus + Pension

Full-time | Monday – Friday, 08:30–17:30

Automation Experts Ltd is a well-established, highly respected recruitment consultancy providing technical resourcing solutions across various engineering and manufacturing sectors. We are now looking for a proactive Resourcing Consultant to join our busy office in Shifnal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys speaking and helping people and contributing to a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Resourcing Consultant, you’ll support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging with top engineering talent across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our in-house database
• Researching client companies and industry trends
• Liaising with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and manage expectations
• Maintaining accurate records and candidate profiles
• Supporting consultants with advertising and job posting

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking an adaptable and personable individual who is confident on the phone and highly organised. This role would suit an Engineering Graduate, Customer Service Professional, or someone from a sales or administration background.

Key skills & attributes:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Great telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A good sense of humour and team spirit

Experience in recruitment is not essential — we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
