Real Estate Finance Associate – 4+ PQE – London

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly ranked Banking team in London.

The role offers exposure to top-tier clients including funds, investment managers, PE houses and corporates, advising on complex cross-border transactions such as investment and development financings, loan-on-loan structures, and restructurings.

You’ll gain experience across a variety of sectors (office, residential, logistics, hotels/hospitality and more), with strong partner support, structured training, and involvement in innovative projects including legal tech initiatives.

The firm is looking for Associates with solid real estate finance experience (LMA docs, borrower/sponsor and lender side) alongside broader banking exposure, a commercial outlook, and a collaborative approach.
