We're Hiring | Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – West Midlands

An established and respected law firm is seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join its expanding team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of business clients across a wide range of industries and sectors.

About the Role

You’ll be joining a dynamic and collaborative Corporate and Commercial team that advises a broad client base, including:

• Start-ups and scale-ups
• Owner-managed businesses and PLCs
• Partnerships and joint ventures
• Local authorities and charities
• High-net-worth individuals

The work is varied and stimulating, covering areas such as:

• Company formations and governance
• Business and share acquisitions/sales
• Management buy-outs/buy-ins and VC investments
• Corporate restructuring and reorganisations
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Terms of business and share option schemes

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEX)
• 2–4 years' experience in broad corporate and commercial law
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
