HQ based near Potters Bar, with projects in London.

Design Coordinator

My client are are seeking an experienced Facades Design Coordinator to join their construction team.

This role will be x4 days in the office/site and x1 day working from home.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the design, detailing, and technical aspects of façade systems from concept through to construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and client requirements. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver innovative, efficient, and buildable façade solutions.

• Review architectural drawings, structural details, and specifications to ensure façade design compliance.
• Ensure façade designs comply with building codes, fire safety, thermal, acoustic, and sustainability requirements.
• Liaise with architects, façade engineers, structural engineers, MEP teams, and main contractors.
• Ensure design solutions align with project specifications, budget, and program requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or other design coordination software is preferable.

You will need to have proven experience in façade design and coordination.
