Junior Commercial Lawyer – Asset Management/ Real Estate

Central London | 4 days office / 1 day WFH

We’re partnering with a leading international real estate investment and asset management group with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial property, residential and hotels across the UK, US and Europe.

They’re looking for a Junior Lawyer (2–4 PQE) to join their London office, working closely with the General Counsel on a wide variety of legal matters.

The Role

You’ll be part of a small, dynamic legal team, supporting high-value transactions and day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts- experience independently dealing with third-party contracts (suppliers, consultants, hotel-side agreements).
• Supporting on real estate development, financing and investment transactions.
• Managing NDAs, intra-group agreements and bespoke documents.
• Lisasing with external counsel on litigation and project work and advising on external stakeholder agreements
• Providing proactive support to the General Counsel on a broad mix of matters.

About You

• Qualified lawyer (UK) with 2–4 years’ PQE (in-house or private practice).
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Confident working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Interest or experience in real estate/ asset management desirable.
