About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated SAP Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in connecting top SAP talent with global contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Format CVs for client submissions and assist in writing persuasive sales pitches.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Support client relationship management and assist in preparing candidate shortlists.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and handle interview scheduling.
• Familiarise yourself with the corporate landscape and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Develop foundational skills in sales through guided training, self-learning on our training platform and shadowing senior consultants.

What We're Looking For

• Degree-level education, strong A-Levels, or a proven background in B2B/B2C sales or telesales.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive mindset with the drive to learn and grow
• Familiarity with International markets is a plus
