Private Client Partner – Leeds – £175k+ Package + Bonus

This national law firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to HNW and UHNW individuals across the UK. With an established Private Client team operating nationwide, the firm is now seeking a senior hire to lead and grow its Leeds office.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Private Client Partner to take ownership of a thriving regional practice, backed by a collaborative national team and strong infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex private wealth matters and be confident in leading a team, driving business development, and building long-term client relationships.

Trusts, Tax Planning, Wills, Family Investment Companies, Probate, Estate Administration

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor / Partner with at least 8 years’ PQE
• Strong portable client following or proven business development track record
• Experience in a regional or national law firm
• Leadership experience or ambition to lead a team
• STEP membership preferred
• Commercially astute, collaborative, and client-focused
