We are seeking two experienced Chartered Building Surveyors (MRICS) for a 6-month freelance secondment opportunity with a reputable consultancy, embedded within a local authority client in Bath. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse mix of projects and professional instructions, contributing to meaningful and impactful work in a historic and vibrant city.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary building consultancy known for delivering high-quality service and expertise. You will be seconded into a local authority environment, working across:

• A range of building projects, from maintenance and refurbishment to new developments.
• Professional services such as condition surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect diagnosis.
• Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

• MRICS/MCIOB/MCABE Chartered Building Surveyors with proven post-qualification experience.
• Expertise across both project work and professional services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to delivering high standards.
• Availability for a 6-month commitment.
