The Client

A leading international law firm with a four partner Restructuring & Insolvency practice. The team is highly regarded in the market. They specialise in cross border mandates in retail, real estate, energy and leisure sectors in addition pension restructuring mandates.

Qualifications

• Experience from a highly ranked international practice or team;
• Excellent people skills and a good, clear communication style;
• Energetic and dynamic mind-set, with a desire to get involved in building up the business and marketing a leading restructuring practice.
• Ability to work effectively within an established, close-knit team;
• Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and develop business pro-actively;
• A commercial and pragmatic outlook;
• Experience in advising on cross border matters;
• The client is looking for a qualified associate with between two and four years of experience at a well rated UK practice.
