My client is a leading consultancy who are in need of an experienced NEC Supervisor to join a civil engineering project in Grimsby, working under the NEC suite of contracts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring the contractor's progress, ensuring compliance with design and specification, and approving works to progress to subsequent construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the contractor's progress.
• Ensure compliance with design and specification.
• Approve works to progress to subsequent construction phases.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in NEC contracts.
• Civil Engineering background.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of NEC suite of contracts.
• Excellent communication and monitoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working as an NEC Supervisor/PM.
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders.

Pay/Package

This role is on a contract basis, outside IR35, and will require the candidate to be site-based four days per week in Grimsby.
