Job description

A highly regarded specialist litigation law firm is expending their London insolvency department and are looking to hire an associate (2-4 PQE).

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for any Insolvency litigation lawyers, looking to join a well-respected and leading team, to work on disputes, recovery of assets and more, representing stakeholders (investors, lenders, shareholders) and officeholders.

Ideally, candidates applying will have had strong restructuring and insolvency experience, having acted on behalf of insolvency officeholders, especially around contentious litigation matters.
