Are you an experienced Corporate Benefits professional specialising in Group Risk policies and seeking an exciting new challenge? We are currently partnered with an award winning, mature brokerage who are seeking to add strength to their Employee Benefits division by enhancing the leadership team and are therefore on the hunt for a Head of Group Risk to join them in their growth. This is a unique role that would see you help shape strategies, drive growth and lead a high-performing team in a client-focused, forward-thinking organisation.

As Head of Group Risk, you will:

• Lead and develop the Group Risk proposition, ensuring it meets client and market needs.
• Manage a portfolio of key clients while driving revenue growth and retention.
• Oversee business development activities, including RFP responses, pricing, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide leadership to a specialist team, ensuring strong performance, professional development, and recruitment.
• Act as a subject matter expert and spokesperson in the market, supporting marketing and PR activity.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Extensive experience in Group Risk.
• Proven expertise in people leadership, client management, and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing financial performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.
