VP CLO Operations in City of London

Job description

A global credit investment manager is currently hiring for a VP level candidate to join the CLO Operations London-based team. The role working as part a small team would assume a leadership role and for the right candidate has scope to progress into a formal management or Head Of seat.

As a business they have experienced significant growth in headcount and AUM over the past five years. They operate within various markets across global locations and if successful responsibilities will include:

• Managing full life-cycle CLO vehicles including pricing, closing, resets, and redemption's.
• Providing Leadership for the London Operations teams and offshore consulting teams.
• Overseeing monthly and quarterly investor reporting across multiple CLO's.
• Conducting hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO documentation.
• Performing daily compliance reporting and data reconciliations.
• Overseeing liquidity management including cash flow, settlements, and originator vehicle needs.
• Acting as the main point of contact for internal/external audits and regulatory reporting.

To be considered for the role, candidates must have at least 5+ in CLO operations with a minimum of 2 years in buy side, with a strong understanding of Fixed Income instruments specifically loans and bonds. The role is offering a total comp package in the region of £150-200k.
