We're Hiring: Team Leader – Operations | £30,000 | UK-Based

Are you a confident and organised operations professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Team Leader to support daily operational activities and lead a dedicated warehouse team ensuring service excellence, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

Location: Ruislip, London

Salary: £30,000 + overtime

Type: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activity and staff allocation to meet service commitments.
• Support and deputise for the Site Supervisor, ensuring business continuity.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, including fire drills, H&S checks, and site security procedures.
• Monitor and report on team performance, addressing behavioural or performance issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards and accurate handling of customer orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in a similar role within a warehouse, logistics, or operational setting.
• Proven experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit/compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of O’Neils, RSWeb, or RSSQL is a plus.
• A full, clean Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to be on-call outside of standard working hours when required.
