Associate Dentist in Caldicot

We’re looking for a talented, dynamic Associate Dentist to join our close-knit team at Teeth For Life Dental Care. You’ll enjoy the security of NHS work alongside a strong flow of private patients, with the added benefit of included coaching from Dr Barry Oulton — giving you the tools to master communication and enhance the patient journey, with full support to apply his proven methods in your day-to-day dentistry.

We’re flexible — you can work 2 to 5 days per week, as long as Friday is one of them.

• You are a GDC-registered Dentist with at least 1 year’s post-FD experience.
• You see communication as just as important as clinical skill — and you’re keen to refine and apply new techniques to elevate your patient care.
• You are passionate about delivering high-quality dentistry and creating a positive patient journey.
• You are open to coaching, feedback, and new ways of working — and you enjoy putting learning into practice.
• You are confident in diagnosing and treatment-planning a wide range of cases, and happy to collaborate or refer when it’s in the patient’s best interest.
• You are proactive, professional, and committed to continual improvement for both yourself and the team.
