Senior HR Business Partner

£70,000 per annum + excellent benefits package

Hybrid – 3x days per week in Gloucestershire office


We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation and transformation.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, driving engagement, and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.


You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across a range of HR disciplines including organisational design, talent management, and cultural change.
