ServiceNow Finance Functional Lead – Contract | ASAP Start | 3 Months |

We’re hiring a ServiceNow Finance Functional Lead to join a short-term delivery-critical engagement with a UK-based client.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll lead workshops, shape the design, and oversee developers to ensure high-quality Finance workflows are built in ServiceNow.

The Role

• Contract: 3 Months (extension possible)
• Location: Hybrid - London and remote
• Start: Immediate

What You’ll Do

• Lead workshops and create client-facing materials
• Capture and refine user stories and requirements
• Shape and advise on workflow design best practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client across Finance workflows
• Oversee developer builds to ensure alignment with design

What We’re Looking For

✔ Strong ServiceNow Functional Lead / Consultant background

✔ Hands-on experience with Finance, Credit Control, Expenses, WIP, and Facilities

✔ Knowledge of ServiceNow Finance and Custom Apps

✔ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

✔ Ability to run workshops and guide solution design
