Underwriter - US Property Portfolio in City of London

Job description

This is a fantastic opening for an analytically, data strong underwriting specialist with a US property background. This is an unusual opportunity, the client is looking for a detail oriented, inquisitive underwriter who is interested in a role which is more aligned to portfolio underwriting. Working for a team who are dynamic, driven with a totally different vision of how they underwrite this area of US delegated and portfolio business.

There is a strong culture of high-fidelity data and analytics; this type of ability as well as being able to lead to influence underwriting strategy is a necessary skill set.

If you are working within a US Property platform, ideally underwriting - but a D&F broker with high level of numerical ability/portfolio analysis will also be considered for this role. It's a truly innovative and high achieving division, within a highly regarded London market brand who lead by reputation.
