Pearse Partners have partnered with fast-growing specialist investment firm operating in global securitised products market They focus on acquiring and restructuring pools of assets—including ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and CLOs—from banks, insurance firms, and institutional investors.

They’ve scaled impressively by sourcing assets at preferential pricing and generating alpha through strategic restructuring — minimising exposure to rate movements. To date, they’ve securitised billions in assets, with a lean, highly skilled team driving significant returns.

This is a rare opportunity to be involved across the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and financing to regulatory approvals and exchange listings—in a role offering both steep learning and exceptional economic upside.

• Mathematical or Engineering degree desirable
