London (with European cross-border exposure)

Are you a fluent French-speaking M&A professional with a strong track record in sell-side execution within Industrials or Business Services? This is a unique opportunity to join a growing global investment bank with a highly respected team and outstanding deal flow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of Industrials & Services M&A transactions (sell-side focus).
- Support on advisory and capital raising mandates.
- Build and present financial models, valuations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate business due diligence and transaction workstreams.
- Contribute to business development and origination alongside senior bankers.
- Manage and coach junior team members, ensuring top-quality output.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years’ M&A experience (Investment Bank, Boutique, or Big 4 Corporate Finance/M&A).
- Proven track record in mid-market M&A sell-side execution.
- Fluent French speaker (essential).
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Commercial knowledge of the Industrials or Business Services sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
